A: Yes we can! We have a process in which we can safely remove material such as paint, varnish, caulk, concrete, stucco, stickers and drywall from windows. This does take longer and is not included in the normal estimate, this is our specialty!!

A: Depending on the services we are performing, appointments may last anywhere from 1 hour to several days. When scheduling your appointment  just ask for an approximate time frame.
A: This will vary depending on the services performed and size of job.  We do offer a free, no obligation, estimate before each job. Just visit the "Get your Quote" page or give us a call at (317) 788-2969.
A: By all means, you can schedule your appointment for estimates OR service online, via email, on Facebook, on Twitter, In person, or over the phone or even telepathically, if you want :)     (telepathically transmitted service orders may take longer to process...until we learn that skill)
A: Yes, We are there when you need us!  Weekend and Evening apointments are available as needed.
A: If the fog lies in between two separate window panes, then It will not be able to be cleaned.  This is caused by the seal being briken, but there are options.  Give us a call to discuss possible solutions.
Q: What is Glass Degradation? 
A:
Over time, glass may become infused with contaminates such as oxidization, hard minerals, acid rain and overspray (paint, caulking, etc.). Since glass is porous, these pollutants settle into the surfaces' grooves and valleys. Regular cleaning is necessary to prevent permanent damage.

Q: Is it necessary for me to be at home during the window cleaning? 
A:
If you wish to be home during the window cleaning, I'm happy to schedule an appointment which suits your schedule.  However, it is not always necessary for you to be home for the entire appointment. I can start on the interior window cleaning and you can lock up your home and leave while I continue on the exterior, as long as your screens pop out. In cases of vacancies, your presence is optional but not a necessity, as long as access is provided.


Q: What about bad weather on my scheduled service day? 
A:
 If it is not raining at the time of service our policy is to complete the job as scheduled providing all safety and working conditions can be maintained. If precipitation is light, in many cases we will proceed as scheduled because rain does not affect the cleaning process.  In the event heavy rain occurs, outside work will be re-scheduled for the next available day.  All inside work is completed as scheduled to avoid disrupting your schedule.


Q: Does the rain make my windows dirty?
A:
Rain itself generally does not make the windows dirty, dirt does.  Dust accumulates on the outside of the glass from lawn mowers, leaf blowers, tree pollen, car exhaust and many other sources. This dust settles as a uniform layer on the glass. When it rains, the rain drops push the dust into different patterns and after the water dries the dust remains on the glass. Clean glass will stay clean after a rain because once the rain water dries, there is nothing left behind to obscure the view.


Q: Will you call me to remind me that I need my windows cleaned? 
A:
If you would like to be put on a regular schedule for service or a reminder schedule list please call or e-mail the office. We also
send out reminder emails when it is getting close to your scheduled appointment.


Q: How often should I clean my windows? 
A:
We recommend cleaning your residential windows 2 times a year to prevent glass degradation and to maintain your windows' luster. Commercial windows are recommended to be cleaned 2-4 times per year and storefronts, which recieve the most wear and tear should be cleaned on at least a monthly basis.


Q: Do you make a lot of noise, will you disrupt my customers? 
A:
Certain services may make more noise than others (i.e. pressure washing)  If you are trying to make the appointment around a busy time or other noise sensitive time please let me know. We can adjust our scheduled time to not interfere with your life or day to day operations of your business.
